Newspaper values from Titanic Sinking

I recently discovered 2 original newspapers headlining the sinking of the Titanic. They were found in an old house that was partiall burned. The papers and descriptions follow.

1: The Boston Daily Globe, Tuesday Morning Edition, April 16, 1912. Headline is TITANIC SINKS, 1500 DIE. The paper has been stored folded around a piece of cardboard, and while brown, with some dark spots aroun the edges isvery readable.

2: The New York American from April 17, 1912. Headline is ALL TITANIC SAVED ON CARPATHIA. NO HOPE LEFT; 1535 DEAD. This paper was stored in a plastic sleave and one corner of the plastic has melted, I assume from the fire, but only a small amount of damage has occurred to the top right pages.

Thanks for any input on there value.
